Stomping across the upper convex part of a steep wind-loaded slope I triggered this 4finger to 4finger+ hard windslab avalanche that ranged from 4-5" deep on the edges to over 2ft deep in the middle. It was actually a bit of a stuborn release and ended up being larger than expected.
