Report from June Mtn Ski patrollers doing avalanche control work on June Mtn of widespread avalanche activity in the negatives, hourglass couloir, dream bowl.  Went up to check it out on Wednesday the 18th.  Likely happened in the middle of heavy snowfall and wind loading on March 16th..  Attached is crown profile and pics of largest crown - 165cm.  Track was ~400' wide, and ran close to half a mile down 1500 vertical feet.  All wind loaded snow failing on old snow surface which was rounded facets.
