More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Toured from Tamarack XC center today to TJ Lake. Ascended trees to lookers left to access upper slopes below Crest. At far end of TJ Lake, took below treeline obs:

1015am, 9215, 35cm HN, Winds Light NW, Below Freezing temps, Sky Obscured, No Blowing Snow, S-1 Precip

1045am, 9370', NNW, 27 deg. slope. HS160cm, 40cm new snow, CTV (on sawcut), CT8 SP Down 40cm on facets.

-1225am, 10310', NE, 20 deg. slope. HS 220, 50cm new snow, CT15 SP down 30 on old snow 

Touring up through trees found quite reactive storm snow with shooting cracks up to 3m and test slopes producing small D.5 sluffs and cracks but without propagation.

No winds slab other than very thin wind skin detected in upper elevation below Crest, small surface cracks on leeward sides of exposed rock ridges. Skied TJ Bowl from 10850 (just below TJ Chute) and had negative ski cut results on steepest convex rolls leading into TJ Bowl.
