More detailed information about the snowpack:

Skied Crater Crest N-gully today. As was to be expected, the upper elevation locations all were heavily affected by the 03/14 N-winds. The only fresh and sensitive wind slabs were living on the leeward side of the ridge on the SW aspect. These patches of soft wind deposited snow were small and isolated to directly below ridges and convex rollovers. Up higher on the NW facing shoulder and ridge, there was quite a bit of K-hard ice crust exposed between P to 1 F hard wind hammered snow. The snow in the N-facing main gully off the summit was mostly smooth and supportable, edgeable wind crust with some thin patches of soft, new snow. We found really great skiing conditions in the north facing trees below 9500 ft. About 15 to 20 cm of recrystalized pow.
