More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Toured from end of Old Mammoth Rd up past Mammoth ROck to ridgetop and back.  70-100cm of snow more or less.  13cm of new light fluffy snow ~9800' since this morning.  No signs of any wind transport today anywhere on tour.  Occasional VERY LIGHT gusts at upper elevations,  Pit dug ~120ft below ridgetop, see attached.  Unconcerning CT test results.  No signs of instability along tour.  Shallow snow, lots of obstacles just below the surface, BE CAREFUL!
