More detailed information about the snowpack:

Snow coverage is remaining pretty good for this time of year (and snowpack), and can put skis on feet within about 25 min of the last possible parking area before the snowbank.

Snow at 0800 was firm, Boot Pen 0 to 1cm at 9500', ski crampons useful until top of apron, then switched to booting.

Boot pen in gully ranged 15-20cm in lower half up to 11800', above was 5-10cm and firmer more supportive spring snow atop a strong crust.

Descended at 1215, enjoyable, supportable skiing for the most part, lower gully had some rollerballs but not yet wet enough to cause loose wet entrainment, lower apron offered most consistent turns of the day at 1300.
