More detailed information about the snowpack:

Toured up moraine and up East facing gully and down north facing gully to Lake (7600' - 10,300') this afternoon.  Fully cloudy skies, no winds anywhere, fairly warm.  Slight ski pen in the flats at 7600', and ~5cm boot pen at 1:30pm and 4pm.  1-5" of soft snow ontop of melt-freeze crust up to ~9600' on most aspects, on northerly aspects above 9600', 4-6" of soft snow ontop of firm windboard.  Some small loose-wet evidence from this morning on east facing rocky terrain around 9000' (see attached photo).  Evidence of loose wet activity from yesterday or the day before on west facing rocky terrain at 9500' and below (see other attached photo).  Lots of tiny rollerballs seen on north facing terrain at 9000' and below from snowboarder's turns that occured around 2:30pm.

Ascending east gully was tricky with soft snow on underlying firm melt-freeze or windboard (ski crampons would be very useful).  Ended up switching back and forth between skinning and booting.  Consistent smooth turns down N. Gully, warm pwder down to ~8700', then wetter larger grained spring corn-like snow below that.
