Skied from 10000' down to 8200' from top of Hemlocks down to last west facing slope above Pumice Flats. Surface conditions were mostly soft, unaffected by recent strong winds if facing N or NE, but any slope that had a bit of W to it had a 2-4cm sun crust on top of cold snow. Flat terrain did not have as distinct of a crust, though surface snow was moist. Skin wax was a must.
HS ranged from 90 to 130 and aside from the surface crust issues showed no bonding concerns in the snowpack.
