Observations

Whumpf on isolated wind pillow near the top of skiers left Tele Bowl on Punta Bardini while breaking trail. Snow fractured about 6 feet wide. North facing slope around 8600 feet. Not steep enough to slide. No signs of natural avalanches in the Tele Bowls nor Punta Bardini Old Growth, but I talked to another party that reported multiple whumpfs as well. Snow collapsed down 25-40cms on faceted snow/new snow interface. I stuck to slopes below 35 degrees. Lots of sharks still lurking in the Punta Bardini area.
